HOW CAN YOU REPLACE A STOLEN OR LOST GIFT CARD?

By calling the cardholder support number, 1-800-803-7537, you can request a replacement card for any remaining value on the card at the time it is replaced. Replacements will be made only if you provide sufficient proof of purchase, the Harley-DavidsonTM Gift Card number, and your full identification.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IF YOU HAVE A GIFT CARD WITHOUT A PIN?

If you have a gift card without a PIN, you cannot use it online but you can use it at a store. You are unable to check the balance of your gift card without a PIN but you can operate it for a new card with a PIN at one of the Seminole Haryley Stores.
