To check your American Express Prepaid Card Balance online, here’s what you go to do:

• Sign in to your account by visiting the website listed on the back of your card or on the Manage your Card page.
• View your Prepaid Card balance.

You can access American Express Prepaid to get card balance services.

• Use Store Locator in order to access the address of your nearby stores.
• You have to enter the zip code or state name in the search bar and press the button “Search”.
• View the results and select the nearest store location to visit.

WHERE CAN YOU USE MY GIFT CARD?

Use your American Express® Prepaid Card to pay for your purchases, both online and in-store. You can use your American Express Prepaid Card at merchants in Canada, the US, and other countries that accept American Express® Cards unless certain participating merchants are indicated on the back of your Card.

HOW CAN YOU REPLACE A STOLEN OR LOST GIFT CARD?

If your Prepaid Card is lost or stolen, call 1-833-350-2461. Card number, 3-digit card security code on back, 4-digit Card ID on front, and additional identity details must be provided. If there are still funds on the Prepaid Card when you are notified, the old Card will be terminated and you will receive a replacement Card. AMEX MAY REFUSE TO REPLACE A LOST, STOLEN, OR IMPROPERLY USED PREPAID CARD DUE TO INADEQUATE INFORMATION OR OTHER CRITERIA.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IF YOU HAVE A GIFT CARD WITHOUT A PIN?

American Express prepaid gift cards do not come with numbers identified as a PIN. Instead, they come with a four-digit number American Express calls a Card Security Code. The Card Identification Code is on the card front directly above the 15-digit card number.
