• A Bouqs gift card is stored in your account so you can easily check its balance and retrieve its unique code for payment.
• Log into your Bouqs account then go to My Account > Payment Methods section.
• Your gift card/s will be listed near the bottom.
• Copy the unique code and go about your shopping. On the last page of checkout, paste the code in the gift card field and click “Apply.” The amount of your gift card will be deducted from your order total.

For lost or stolen gift cards please go to your nearest store with your original receipt. It can only be replaced with original receipt.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IF YOU HAVE A GIFT CARD WITHOUT A PIN?

If you have gift card without a PIN, you cannot use it online but you can use it at a store. You are unable check the balance of your gift card without a PIN but you can operate it in for a new card with a PIN at one of The Bouqs store.
